The circle holds 5 meetings a year on Saturdays starting between 1pm and 2pm depending on the location. (Basingstoke 1pm, Exeter 1:30pm and West Byfleet 2pm). Meetings usually last around 3 hours including a break for coffee and cake and feature illustrated talks on subjects related to the LSWR.

The Sales Service is present at meetings enabling members to browse and purchase books. There are usually sample Portfolios from the Hutson Collection and Drawings on display and should members wish to borrow a portfolio the can arrange with the officer to collect/return then at meetings. There are also diaply of models and other material brought in by members.
